  This standard specifies the term, definition, category, code and mark of facing stone adhesives, as well as its general requirement, technical requirement, testing method, inspection standard, sign, package, transportation and storage. It apply to all kinds of facing stone adhesives used during the production and installation.
  This standard specifies the definition, product category, technical requirement, testing method, inspection regulation, mark, package, transportation, storage of composite plate. It mainly applies to composite plate in architectural decoration area.
  This standard specifies the limit of harmful substances and testing method of adhesives in interior decoration area. It applies to the using of interior decoration adhesives.
   RoHs is short for the Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
  Sending related product to professional lad to do the test, and the product has to be took apart to individual material, namely homogeneous materials. Testing lead, cadmium, mercury, chrome, PBB, PBDE and other harmful substances, you could get a qualified report and certificate if they conform to the requirement of RoHs, otherwise, you have to find alternatives which conform to it.
  Ld50 is the most important parameter in estimating the the size of acute toxicity of chemical materials, and also the basic standard of judging the grade of different cute toxicity. The bigger of the acute toxicity, the smaller of the value of LD50. The LD50 often mesh with ED50 to calculate therapeutic?index LD50/ED50, and to judge the safety of the medicine, it will relatively safe if the index if big. The big of LD50 the better, which means the concentration have to be extremely high to cause half death, the smaller of ED50 the better, which means a small dose could make a difference, but it is meaningless for only one above side, if the LD50 and ED50 is both big, the risk is high too, the safety of medicine have to be described by they ratio, the individual LD50 can only judge the toxicity of the medicine.

THE PRINCIPLE OF COLOR DEEPEN
       Firstly, confirm the weight of the epoxy according to the ratio, mix the epoxy evenly after stirring it for about 3 mins, pour it to prepared mould after vacuum defoamation, then wait for the static solidification under the room temperature for 7 days. Placing the sample to a UV aging test chamber with a set temperature of 70°C, take out after 8h, then determine the product grade by comparing the gray card.
       Maintaining the sample under the standard testing condition for 14days, then put it in drum wind oven with a temperature of 70±2℃ for another 14 days. Using proper adhesive with high strength stick the drawing joint to the basic stone material, then test the adhesive strength after continuing to maintain the sample under the standard test condition for 24h.
       Pouring right amount of epoxy to a 100mL beaker, then add specified amount of curing agent to make 50g mixture. Regarding the time when adding the curing agent as start, put the beaker in the water of 23±1℃, make sure the epoxy is under the water for 2cm. Observing the epoxy, and record the change time of it, the starting time to the change time is the so called shelf life. The epoxy changes could be the viscosity goes up, gelation, subside,separation, color change and other changes which will affect the usage of adhesives. Test twice each sample to get the average value.
  1.Under the standard testing condition, keep 10 samples maintained for 7 days, then take it out and dry it after keeping it to the water of 23±2℃ for 7 days, then test the strength of compression- shear
  2.Under the standard testing condition, firstly, keep 10 samples maintained for 7 days, secondly,  then put it in drum wind oven with a temperature of 80±2℃ for another 7 days. Make sure the air circles freely each period. Take the samples out and keep it in standard condition for 24h, then test the strength of compression- shear
  3.Before placing the basic stone materials, apply the adhesives to the back side evenly with doctor knife, in general, the thickness of adhesive on the surface has to reach to 1mm. Keep the made samples maintained under standard testing condition for 7 days, then maintained another 21days in  water of 23±2℃. After that, take it out to do the freeze-thaw?test. Each freeze-thaw?test is:
  a)Take the sample out, and put it in low-temperature oven with temperature of -20±3℃ for 4h±20min;
  b)Take the sample out, and soak it in water with temperature of -23±2℃ for 4h±20min;
Repeat this test 50 times. Take out the sample after the last test, and do the maintenance under standard condition, use proper adhesive with high strength stick the drawing joint to the basic stone material, then test the tensile strength after continuing to maintain the sample under the standard test condition for 24h.
  The stone is easy to be eroded by the outside because of its natural cracks, holes and micro porous. Therefor, by making use of this principle, we can deepen the color of the stone by adding dedicated pigment to the epoxy, apply it to the surface of the stone evenly.
