On the afternoon of July 4, 2020, Hunan Kosen New Material  Co., Ltd   held the 2020 Semi-annual working meeting in Changsha Headquarter. General Manager Liu Xiongce, Deputy General Manager Shen Dingzhong, Technical General Manager Zheng Baochang  and all staffs attended the meeting.

      The head of each department gave reported for the work of first half of the year and work plan for the second half of the year around the company's annual operating target for 2020. They deeply summarized the work situation in the first half of the year and analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings of own department. At the same time, they gave the improvement plan and made specific working arrangements  for the second half of the year. 

      Technical General Manager Zheng Baochang summarized the works of  technical department, production and purchasing department, and pointed out the existing problems. He said he would actively adjust the focus of the technical department and go all out to develop new products around the electronic information, semiconductor ,5 G industry and achieve large-scale production.  To provide strong technical support for the company.

      Deputy general manager Shen Dingzhong, who in charge of marketing, thanked all the marketing staffs for their hard work and all the departments for their strong support for the marketing work. He analyzed the sales situation of all marketing departments and individuals in the first half of the year in detail, and gave guidance  according to competitors and market situation. He encouraged all the marketers to fight bravely, face the difficulty, struggle with to overfulfilled the company annual target task!

      The conference also recognized outstanding teams and outstanding staffs in the first half of the year. 

      General Manager Liu Xiongce made a concluding speech to meeting. While fully affirming the achievements in the first half of the year, he carefully analyzed the existing problems and clearly put forward the overall requirements, priorities and main measures of the work in the second half of the year. He stressed that in the second half of the year, the company would take the crisis as a business opportunity, control risks, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial innovation, and not relax the target setting at the beginning of the year. For the next three years, we will fully launch the new material development strategy for development of electronic information, semiconductor and 5G industries, and realize the development strategy of industry in point-line-surface. We formally establish the goal of entering the capital market, work for the goal of listing.
