Introduction
The main component of this product is MS modified silane, which can be cured with single component at room temperature and moisture.Green environmental protection, no solvent, no oil infiltration, no pollution of the substrate;Good thixotropy, no slip and no sag, suitable for facade construction;Very low modulus after curing, excellent elasticity, good resistance to displacement fatigue;Excellent anti - UV anti - aging, corrosion resistance.
Applicable Scope
The product have excellent adhesive relay with a variety of materials, and can form a high bonding strength of permanent elastic bond.It is mainly used for concrete and stone floor joint sealing, building prefabricated plate assembly, indoor assembly and other joint sealing.At the same time suitable for the following parts of adhesive seal:
SSR lap joint, roof hole flanging outer seam, roof seam, skylight, flue, air conditioning equipment, curtain wall seam, window installation and peripheral seam;
Sealing of concealed and exposed joints in aluminium, steel, coated metal and wood;

  Applicable method
1.Surface treatment of adhesive substrate:
A. First, clean the surface of the adhesive part of the base material, and use the Angle grinder or wire brush to remove the materials that are not conducive to bonding, such as grease, dust, paint, cement slurry, etc
B. clean the residual dust and impurities on the surface of the substrate with a brush or vacuum cleaner to ensure the surface of the substrate is clean, dry and uniform in structure
C. in the process of processing, try to avoid the damage to the seam
D. Chemical treatment on the substrate may require the use of a primer.For specific applications, please consult our technical department
2. Construction of backing materials and paper tape:
A, use of obturator round or flat soft polyethylene as the backing material, control the glue depth and shape of the sealant, under normal circumstances, the backing material should be more than 25% of the joint width, the slit width depth ratio 2:1, if the seam is too small to place the backing material, need to use the adhesive belt, at the bottom of the cover joint;
B. cover seam edges with masking tape to ensure that the masking tape is compatible with the substrate surface.
3. Primer construction:
Ensure the bonding strength of sealant and PC components, ensure the surface of the substrate is dry before brushing the bottom, use a brush or other appropriate tools to brush a thin layer of bottom coat, avoid missing brush and brush back and forth repeatedly.
4.Construction of sealant:
A. Confirm that the bottom coat is completely dry. Cut the nozzle to the appropriate caliber at 45° according to the width of the seam filling.
B. after the sealant is made, scrape the sealant flat and compacted with tongue stick, scraper or other tools to enhance the sealing effect, prohibit repeated scraping action back and forth, and keep the sealant tool clean;
C. the paper tape must be removed before the sealant surface dries;
D. Immediately after the construction, clean the tool with cleaning agent. The solidified sealant can only be removed mechanically.
5. Nursing:
During curing, no displacement is allowed at the seal, otherwise the sealing bonding effect will be affected. During curing, avoid soaking water and reach the final strength in 7 days (23℃, 50%RH).
6. Storage:
Please use up the open glue as soon as possible. If the unused glue is stored for a short time, the nozzle should be sealed and stored. If there is a little crust in the mouth when using again, it can be removed without affecting the normal use.There may also be a small amount of crust at the nozzle during storage. It can be used normally after removal without affecting the performance.
Safety
1. The product should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid excessive humidity and moisture;
2, not applicable to the following substrate bonding: PP, PE, PTFE;
3. In case of mass use, the adhesive seal test should be done in advance, or contact to the technical department of us
4. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
