Introduction

Applicable scope
It is suitable for repairing and strengthening the micro-cracks, holes and uneven surface of white stone, especially for repairing high-quality natural stone such as snowflake white, fishy white and white marble.

Applicable method
1. Surface treatment: remove oil, dust and other impurities in the repair of stone materials, and dry them;
2. Glue mixing: mix the glue evenly according to the weight ratio of A: B= 4:1. In case of color mixing, special epoxy toner shall be used for color mixing;
3. Glue coating: slowly pour the mixed glue solution into the repair place of stone material and scrape the glue back and forth. For stone materials with more defects, glue can be dispensed first and scrape the glue after 5-10 minutes.
4. Curing and post-treatment: it should be polished after standing for curing at room temperature for 24 hours.To accelerate glue curing, stone material can be preheated to 50-60℃;
Safety
1. Glue mixing must be evenly mixed in proportion to avoid affecting the use effect. Mechanical mixing and glue spraying equipment should be cleaned with acetone after each batch of production.
2. If the sizing temperature is lower than 15 ° c, the curing reaction speed will be slow.
3. Due to the different physical and chemical properties of stone, please use this product in advance to avoid mistakes!
4, take-glue tools can not be mixed, scraping tools in the glue before curing with acetone cleaning for use.
5. Please wear protective gloves during construction. Do not mix the lid with the lid.
